MRSI has developed leading edge scanning services tailored specifically for Emergency Medicine practices. Using award winning software, we can electronically index your records by provider, name, code assignment, diagnosis, and opportunities for improved physician documentation. This database can be searched and records easily viewed within seconds for both clinical care and practice management purposes. The ED record database can be available to your staff in the ED for real time searches; these are available via an encrypted, password protected, secure connection between authorized individuals and MRSI servers. MRSI will customize a variety of regular reports from this database for your specific practice requirements. All data is backed-up on a daily basis to a secure, off-site location.

Implementation of MRSI’s scanning program requires nothing more than an on site physical scanner which is supplied by MRSI, a basic internet connection, and minimal training.
