APPLICATION SERVICE PROVIDER

MRSI provides office based practices a complete office management solution by providing an ASP platform running A4 Health Systems Ntierprise product. The practice does not need to invest and maintain servers and other hardware, and instead accesses our practice management module via a Virtual Private Network linking your office to MRSI servers. All required software and hardware is maintained by MRSI, with redundant servers and an off-site daily backup of all data. MRSI will assist you in configuring all your network and connectivity needs. Utilizing Ntierprise practice management software, which runs in a windows based environment, your practice will be able to easily customize and manage all aspects of appointment scheduling, referral management, claims submission, and denials management. MRSI will assist you in implementing and overseeing your coding, office management, and billing functions; we offer customized solutions depending on the particular office and its requirements. These services are provided to single or multi-provider practices and are priced competitively. This allows the practice or office to be "always on" through MRSI's servers, which support patient appointments, e-mail, patient balance oversight, and encounter and charge entry.

All that is required to access MRSI’s full range of services, including software, off-site data storage, and complete billing and financial management, is a secure, internet connection.

MRSI’s ASP model also allows the medical office to perform its own in-house coding and billing without the cost of expensive, backup hardware. Alternatively, for practices that choose to have MRSI do their billing, this is easily accomplished with MRSI providing the complete range of billing functions, including preparation and forwarding of paper or electronic claims, payment posting, and all follow-up.

MRSI can also provide complete charge entry services for practices that choose to perform their own coding, but do not want to perform data entry. Encounter forms or superbills can be electronically transmitted, scanned, faxed, or mailed to MRSI, after which we provide all the needed charge entry functions for the practice.
